Hiya Jacquie! Thanks. We don't 'do' sky-scapes here in Devon - too many hills to get in the way, so I thought... Glad you like it and think that it works.

I agree with June this is a fantastic shot, so much content from the foreground right to the back and fantastic DOF too. I love the way you have filled the whole frame with the valley and left out the sky it really works well.

Hi, June. I'm really touched and flattered by your praise for this shot, given the wealth of fabulous shots in your own growing portfolio. I was just trying a different take on landscapes using the throw of a long lens (with a tripod of course). I'm still joined at the hip with my Olympus E510 and a few lenses although I'm severely tempted by the E-30... When you come down Devon way, let me know - I'd love to meet up if that's OK with you?

Oh Liz, this is the most brillant picture l have seen,just do not know how to give it the praise it deserve.Well done. When we are able to this is where we will come for a holiday. What camera do you use now Liz.?
